How it works…

We offer many packages with add-ons. Our packages can accommodate up to 8 guests. There will be special pricing if you have more than eight guests. We can help you customize so that you can bring your vision to life.
Although we offer complimentary beverages for each guest, WE DO NOT PROVIDE FOOD. Therefore, we encourage you to bring your food and snacks for the optimum picnic experience.

Please keep in mind that there is a beach fee for all beach locations and a travel fee of $1/mile for areas that exceed a 30 miles roundtrip distance from Centerville. Pricing is subject to distance and special permits required at collocations, and all fees will be disclosed to you before confirming your booking.

Once you have selected your package and date, please fill out the required information and agree to our Terms and Conditions. When the submitted request has been reviewed and confirmed, we require a $100 non-refundable to confirm and reserve your time slot. Please note a 15% service fee for nine or more guests.

On your picnic day, our team will come early to set up the area. You will receive a pin of the exact location of your setup 15-30 minutes before your arrival time, and our event planner will be there to greet you.
